The University continues to invest in a diverse programme of projects principally covering refurbishment, remodelling, planned maintenance and carbon reduction investments.
We are seeking a motivated individual who has the capacity to provide support to Project Managers, co-ordinate and occasionally manage small refurbishment projects. This will involve overseeing of minor projects budgets, orders, and payments in accordance with the University’s Financial Regulations.
This role will also focus on the management of the wayfinding, project and operational signage throughout the campus to ensure is it up to date and complies with the University’s corporate standards.
Essentials are a relevant degree or a level of experience commensurate with the role, gained in a similar environment, providing support in delivery of multiple projects to predetermined deadlines.
This position is offered on a two-year fixed term basis and future resource requirements will be defined during 2025 when the next phase of the estate investment plan is formed.
This position is available on a fixed-term basis for up to 24 months.
