This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.
Are you an enthusiastic and skilled IT professional with experience of managing a CMDB (Configuration Management DataBase) and the asset lifecycle management process?
You will utilise your skills as an IT Professional and be proficient at managing conflicting demands of data accuracy, BAU operations, project deliverables and risk. You will work collaboratively across all functions of IT to ensure that asset information and data is up-to-date and complete, working towards the development and implementation of a CMDB. You will also be responsible for effective liaison with some third-party IT suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained.
Qualifications
Essential: Degree and/or professional qualification in IT subject or appropriate level of work experience
Desirable: ITIL Foundation or higher

Salary: Grade 8; £39,347 to £44,263 (up to £49,794 with discretionary points)
