You will be part of the Student Records side of the Student Administration Team. You will collaborate with academic and professional staff to deliver an efficient and professional service within the Student Administration function. You will coordinate robust administrative processes and systems to ensure effective maintenance of student records across the student population and the student lifecycle, including all processes related to enrolment, module selection, progression, assessment records and award processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a similar role in higher education or other relevant role in records management. You will have experience using databases, strong MS Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills are also a must.
