This is a role grounded in education policy, careful leadership and driving education innovation. You’ll be responsible for evolving and fine-tuning our education strategy, ensuring we can successfully deliver a learning experience for our students across UG, PG and Executive Education that is fitting of our ambitions.
Reporting directly to the Dean and a crucial part of the Business School Senior Leadership Team, your contribution to the strategic direction, management and development of the school will be vital, ahead of our move to a new home at the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus (TQEC) in 2026.
What will you be doing?
The DOE role is expansive, so striking a fine balance between empowering others to deliver and being sufficiently across the detail is central to sustaining high levels of performance across all education segments.

This role is open to applications from Senior Lecturers/ Associate Professors and Professors from both pathway one and pathway three.
This appointment is a 0.6 FTE leadership position for an initial term of 3-years. Alongside this is a substantive Professorial appointment or Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer appointment (depending on who is successful in taking the role).
