We are looking for three Student Administration Officers based in our Programme Support team.
The Student Administration team at the University of Sunderland in London support students and staff by delivering a wide-ranging customer-focused services across the entire student journey from enrolment to graduation. Working as a Student Administration Officer in Programme Support, you will coordinate administrative processes and systems to ensure effective delivery of the Student Administration function to the academic teams and students around marking, supervision, feedback, and assessments.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have previous experience in administrative support in higher education or similar setting. You will be an excellent communicator with solid team working skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude is a must, and your customer service skills will be second to none. It is also important that you are competent in a variety of Microsoft packages, especially in Excel.
