In this role, you will contribute to the leadership of research in information engineering (including the broad field of electronics engineering, communication systems and artificial intelligence driven systems). The Professor will have an outstanding track record of leadership of research in electronics, microelectronics, electronic systems, sensor systems, e-health, autonomous systems or artificial intelligence. This post is based at the main campus of the University of Glasgow, but it is a requirement of the post that the appointee will travel regularly to the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in Chengdu as well as in Hainan, PR China.
