This is an academic position with the primary role around clinical teaching and the caseload on which it is dependant. The successful applicant will provide and develop clinical services in neurology and maintain and develop excellence in student experience in the Small Animal Teaching Hospital. You will be registered with the RCVS (or be eligible to become an MRCVS) and be able to provide evidence of significant experience of small animal neurology management.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic clinical team with state-of-the-art facilities.
Applicants who already hold a Diploma (ECVN or ACVIM) will be expected to act as a Senior Clinician who can run and maintain (and develop for level 9) a referral neurology service and mentor / supervise ECVN residents’ training. Additionally, you will foster excellent working relationships within the multi-disciplinary hospital team and with referring veterinary surgeons and their clients, as well as the wider community.
