If you are invested in working with people in research and innovation, this exciting opportunity is for you. A new post of a Researcher Developer has opened for an ambitious and creative individual to join a newly established Bradford Researcher Development team.
As a Researcher Developer, you will identify development needs of our research staff across various faculties and departments and support their training, upskilling and professional growth. You will help members of research teams to identity opportunities for growth and reach their full research potential. Your activities will be at the core of implementing our Research and Innovation Strategy as well as the Researcher Developer Concordat in driving positive research culture and innovation. Through these activities, we expect to drive many positive changes across the institution, so this is a great time to join us and make an impact.
You will have a deep understanding of research landscape and training needs of academic staff as well as experience in delivering relevant training. You will work alongside the Bradford Researcher Development team and collaborate with staff across faculties and other university stakeholders. You will be a team player with the passion to help us deliver our ambition. You will also demonstrate excellent communication, and organisational skills.
