A great opportunity has arisen for an EUC IT Specialist (Cloud) to join the University’s Information Services team.
As an EUC IT Specialist (Cloud), you will be a key member of the team responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of University managed desktop workstation services that are efficient, secure and cost effective.
You will support desktop, laptop and VDI environments in the University’s managed service, with particular emphasis on the provision of solutions for student services. You will also provide analytical information about the managed environment users, workstations and servers, to inform decisions about support and provide advice and business intelligence.
