An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Health, social Work & Sport for a 0.8 FTE Principal Lecturer to provide academic leadership within the School. You will have a strong record of successful academic leadership in Psychological Interventions including programme and curriculum development and enhancement as well as experience of working with Professional bodies, educational regulatory processes and procedures related to management of course quality and delivery.
You will be qualified to PhD or Masters’ level or have the equivalent professional qualifications/experience and have recent clinical experience and competence within the area of Psychological Interventions in the UK. As a fellow or senior fellow of the HEA, with a teaching qualification or equivalent you will be able to deliver and co-ordinate teaching, research, knowledge transfer and consultancy. With experience of successfully managing projects, you will be self-motivated, self-reliant, proactive, and able to operate in a structured, complex, and challenging environment.
