As a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Support Assistant, you will be supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It is an exciting role where no two days are the same! This could mean you are shopping within the local community with a student in the morning and then returning to the fully equipped flat support them to prepare a snack, or notetaking in a level two business class.
Whilst we value qualifications and experience we are keen to attract staff who share our passion and place the student at the heart of what they do, who have a caring nature but wish to support and promote opportunities to enable students to develop their independence. We are a student-centred team who are passion in supporting students to reach their full potential and achieve their aspirations, we are looking for staff who share our passion.

This role is contracted on an hourly paid basis in which we can offer flexibility, as such it is an excellent step-stone into this area of work. We have opportunities at our Bedford campus and look forward to hearing from you.
