The Advanced Project Management Research Centre (APROM) within the Department of Decision Analytics and Risk, is a leading interdisciplinary community at the forefront of innovative research in the realm of project management. The role and about you 

As the ideal candidate for this position, you are a forward-thinking researcher with a deep passion for understanding the nuances of digital transformation, especially within the evolving landscape of project management. Holding a PhD or equivalent qualifications, your academic and professional journey showcases a robust foundation in either Project Management, Information Systems, AI, or Management.

Your experience speaks to your agility in undertaking mixed-method research, combining insightful qualitative assessments with comprehensive quantitative analyses. Your ability to navigate complex research questions, design relevant methodologies, and derive actionable insights sets you apart. Beyond your technical and research skills, you possess a collaborative spirit. You understand the value of interdisciplinary teamwork and have a track record of being an integral part of research teams. Your communication enables you to articulate complex findings to a diverse audience, be it through academic publications, conference presentations, or team meetings. You are proactive, always seeking opportunities to engage with stakeholders, from fellow academics to industry professionals, ensuring your research remains relevant and impactful. Applications for Research Fellow positions will be considered from candidates who are working towards or nearing completion of a relevant PhD qualification. The title of Research Fellow will be applied upon successful completion of the PhD. Prior to the qualification being awarded the title of Senior Research Assistant will be given.
