Digital & Technology Services provide IT services and facilities across all campuses. The directorate is split into ten delivery departments: this role is within Infrastructure & Research Computing. The directorate provides services ranging from the provision of the university core network & datacentres through to client devices and provision of corporate software systems.
We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join us as a Network Service Product Engineer to provide a key role fundamental to the delivery of all IT services, learning, teaching and research at this world leading institution. You will be liaising with colleagues and service providers to design or coordinate and validate the design, implementation, maintenance and capacity planning of our networking technologies. This is a permanent appointment.
Reporting to the head of Infrastructure & Research Computing, this role is responsible for the delivery of reliable and high-performance networking provision across our campuses.
Your priorities will include:
