The London campus of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL welcomes each year around 300 students for a variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive education programmes. It has been registered with the UK Office for Students as an English Higher Education provider since 2022. Students of Université Paris Dauphine – PSL are now eligible for the UK high-potential individuals (HPI) visa for those educated at 37 of the world’s leading universities including PSL.

The role:

London campus is seeking to recruit a highly organised, professional, and motivated Visa Services, Regulation & Compliance Officer for its London campus. The role is a new post that provides oversight of visa services and is also responsible for managing the Paris Dauphine London’s compliance with the requirements of its UKVI licence, as well as managing all regulatory data requirements of the organisation, including compliance with the Office for Students (OfS) requirements. This post is offered on a full-time basis, though consideration would be given to part-time/flexible working. 

The ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrable experience of working successfully in student immigration/visa compliance.
  • Extensive experience in working within prescribed regulatory frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge of the current UK immigration rules and policies, and of the current environmental factors relevant to HE.
  • Competence to provide professional, expert immigration advice and services to staff, student, and their families.
  • Excellent analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to use data effectively to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage a large and diverse workload, risks associated with the workload and the achievement of deadlines.
  • Consistently excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Experience working in a UK HE organisation and/or a qualification regulator.
