Turning Passion into Purpose. London South Bank University is excited to be recruiting for the post of Technical Services Manager to join its highly skilled professional services team (TSS), within the School of the Built Environment and Architecture.
Our TSS team works in close collaboration with academic colleagues and the wider university community supporting activities in over 180 specialist spaces, managing over £13 million worth of high–tech equipment, supporting research projects and actively contributing to the universities wide range of enterprise initiatives.
This is an opportunity for an outstanding Technical Manager to oversee the provision of technical support across the School of the Built Environment and Architecture, ensuring that the service provision delivers to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the leadership, development and organisation of the specialist technicians and the facilities associated with this important part of the university portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated or have the equivalent professional experience in a related technical discipline, be highly motivated and bring a thorough understanding and experience of effectively managing technical operations, and multi-disciplinary technical teams.
