We are seeking an outstanding individual with the vision and experience to lead the continued development as Head of Architecture at Reading. The appointment as Head of Architecture will be for an initial term of 5 years, with an underlying permanent position as Professor of Architecture. The position presents a rare opportunity to play a leading role in the evolution of a new research-intensive School of Architecture in one of the world's top 200 universities.
Responsibilities are focussed on providing leadership to Architecture that supports the vision to integrate teaching, research and practice. There will be a strong emphasis on continuing to develop a growing discipline in a research-intensive environment.
