There are still many aspects of the Product to be delivered which will provide additional benefits to the University. There is also continuous improvement for functionality already delivered.

We are seeking a Lead Developer for our SITS Development Team. The role holder will work within a semi-agile environment, working closely with other SITS Product team leads as well as key stakeholders within the University to ensure that deliverables meet our business requirements and technical standards.

Ensuring a positive and interactive relationship with Tribal is another key responsibility alongside managing software updates and the annual SITS upgrade.

You will be expected to be both hands-on in terms of development as well as overseeing and mentoring development areas for other team members where required. The role will also formally report on development activities, as well as maintain and bolster a working up to date repository of SITS technical documentation.
