This category provides support spanning a variety of areas including Catering & Retail, Cleaning, Furniture, Apparel, Waste, Vehicles, Plant & Transport, Residences, Events, Security, Sports and Grounds. You may also be called upon to support spend in other categories.
We are seeking an experienced, creative and solution driven Senior Procurement Sustainability Officer, who will be responsible for helping to drive value from procurement of goods and services whilst realising the university’s sustainability ambitions and collaborating with key stakeholders (internal and external) to develop sustainable, procurement initiatives. Sustainability training will be given.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in sustainability and have strong procurement experience, preferably including public sector procurement experience. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and deliver sustainable procurement solutions for our bought goods and services.
