Are you seeking a team where the student experience and education is the priority? In this role, you can find just that and lead our highly regarded Thermal Power and Propulsion MSc.
About the Role

You will have the opportunity to reshape and bring in new and innovative ideas to support the education offering of the centre and drive the student experience. The key aspects of the role include:

In return for ongoing professional support and career development opportunities, we are looking for people who hold a Masters in a subject related to power and propulsion, and ideally be Fellow of Advance HE (FHEA) or with equivalent experience and willing to work towards formal recognition.
You will have a developing track record in managing higher education courses along with relevant teaching experience in a UK context.
To be successful in this role you will be innovative in your approach to education and have excellent project and time management experience, strong writing, communication, and presentation skills. You will have a collaborative style of leadership and influencing. Ideally you will also have the skills and insights to help us leverage the power of Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.).
