About the role

The University of Sussex has a clear ambition to be one of the most sustainable universities in the world. We are investing in our Sustainability Team with a number of new roles, so that we can increase our capacity and capability, and deliver on our commitment to environmental sustainability.

About you

We are looking for a creative campaigns manager to lead on University-wide campaigns to support the bold ambitions of our Sustainability Strategy which was launched in 2021. In this role you will use your creative flair and excellent attention to detail to work with colleagues across the University to create engaging and inspiring multichannel campaigns. You will need to have a variety of high-level skills and behaviours including strategic communications planning and the ability to develop strong and trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Content production and promotion is an important part of this role and you will need experience of developing and creating digital content for a variety of different audiences and platforms.

This is an exciting time to join the University to work on this area and we welcome applications from anyone who is passionate about this important area and is able to make a strong contribution towards our goals.
