An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Management Coordinator to join our Environmental Sustainability Team sitting within the Estates & Facilities Department. The role will work closely with the Environmental Sustainability Manager to implement the operational elements of our Sustainability Plan, 'Striving for a Sustainable Salford'.

A bit about our department:
You will sit in the Estates and Facilities Department which looks after the operational elements of the campus including landscape and grounds management; management of our campus; capital projects, catering and conferences and events. You will therefore have the opportunity to influence a wide range of internal stakeholders to embrace sustainability issues in their day-to-day roles. You will be part of the Environmental Sustainability Team that has responsibility for sustainability within campus operations and be supported by the Environmental Sustainability Manager and Carbon and Energy Manager. As a result, we believe this is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain a wide range of experience and further their personal development.
