We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Deputy Director and two Assistant Directors of RSSD. The role entails overseeing HR functions, managing complex administrative tasks, and facilitating strategic initiatives to support the University's research ambitions.
With a degree or equivalent qualification, you will have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant working in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual with impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, and a flair for communication and relationship-building, capable of inspiring confidence and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Highly proficient in MS Office suite and a confidence to learn the use of new systems, we seek a passionate individual with an appreciation of the values and complexities of higher education and its transformative potential.
