Moulton College has been running Landbased courses since its inception in 1921. To support our growing student numbers we have extensive facilities and a large estate including a commercial farm covering over 533 hectares; with beef, sheep and arable enterprises and a dedicated Countryside Centre. In addition we have a Food & Drink curriculum which provides a great opportunity for growth and further development.
As an inspirational leader you’ll be responsible for providing an outstanding student experience through high quality teaching, learning and assessment. You will ensure high rates of student success and satisfaction. You will embed equality and quality while ensuring the curriculum is relevant and refreshed through strong links with industry. You will be keen to develop and grow the provision to further success.
Ideally you will have a relevant landbased qualification and/or experience in a relevant agriculture or countryside specialism. Additionally you may have experience in the broader range of landbased subjects including equine, horticulture, arboriculture or floristry. You will be able to demonstrate a record of achievements in teaching and learning and evidence the successful implementation of innovative curriculum developments. You will be an outstanding communicator and at ease liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders to progress key plans.
