Our goal is to be the leading IT services group in the HE sector and we are growing our team’s capability in experience/UX, agile development, security, cloud, service management and partnering. This role is based within the Educational Media team (part of Digital Education who are UCL’s hub for supporting, exploiting and enhancing the use of technology in education) which oversees all UCL’s educational media services – lecture capture, live streaming of academic and research events, and a variety of media production services. The team supports the academic community to use and create media in teaching and provides a DIY media production facility for staff and students to use.

About the role

As a Media & Learning Technologist, you will be a key member of Educational Media and the "Our Media Environments" product team, supporting and providing training for staff in the use of UCL’s lecture capture, DIY recording, media streaming and live teaching services, promoting best practice, delivering end-user support, and managing online guidance and communications. As we expand these services, delivery of outreach activities for all aspects of the team and department’s work is critical.
