About the Role

The School of Languages, Linguistics and Film is looking to appoint a Research Project Administrator to work closely with the Principal Investigator (PI) of this grant, AHRC-funded research project, ‘Affective and Immaterial Labour in Latin(x) American Culture’. The post-holder will assist the PI in all aspects of managing the research project, with a particular focus on maintaining the project website and supporting with events organisation.

This is a fixed-term and part-time post available due to research grant funding.

About You

You must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade A-C, including English and Maths. You should have previous administration experience as well as website administration and following policies and procedures. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a high level of accuracy in your work. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, adopting a professional approach to work.
