About the role
Are you a highly organised, self-motivated individual with a great sense of humour, who can provide an effective and efficient administrative service for the Audience & Content Director, including financial management and administration?
This is a full-time, permanent post, working in the Ashmolean Museum, with occasional working from home.
About You
You have excellent organisational, administrative, and analytical skills; outstanding interpersonal skills, and can contribute to team building. You are willing and able to work independently, find solutions to problems and progress key tasks. You have personal discretion and judgement and are able to work to a high level of accuracy, particularly in dealing with Departmental finances, with precise attention to detail even when working under pressure. You are calm and work to pace.
