As part of our continuous commitment to maintaining standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Quality and Audit Compliance Manager to join our team. 

Role Overview:

As the Quality and Audit Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and compliance within the college. You will work closely with various departments to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Quality Assurance Management:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to uphold academic standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of academic programs, facilities, and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to develop and implement action plans to address areas of improvement identified during audits and reviews. 

Compliance Oversight:

  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in higher education to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies to facilitate compliance reviews and assessments.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff and faculty members on compliance-related matters and assist in resolving compliance issues as they arise. 

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit findings, compliance status, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to university management and regulatory authorities as needed. 

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance standards, compliance requirements, and best practices to faculty, staff, and administrators.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to university stakeholders on quality assurance and compliance-related matters. 

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes and compliance practices across the university franchise.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning within the organization. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Significant experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or a related field, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in higher education.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading successful quality assurance initiatives and compliance reviews.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certification in quality management or compliance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is desirable.
