We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance & Enhancement (QAE) Manager to lead our quality assurance team in developing, managing, and reviewing policies and processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality education. 

Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance & Enhancement (QAE) Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and review of policies and processes that support the core business functions of the quality assurance team. This role involves implementing and maintaining effective quality assurance policies and processes to ensure that quality standards are consistently met across all aspects of the college. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Policy and Process Development:

  • Develop, review, and update policies and processes related to quality assurance and enhancement in alignment with regulatory requirements and institutional goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that policies and processes support the achievement of quality assurance objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement. 

Quality Assurance Implementation:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance frameworks and systems to facilitate the assessment and improvement of academic programs and support services. 

Quality Enhancement Initiatives:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of education and student experience through the implementation of quality enhancement strategies and interventions.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and support services to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted initiatives to enhance quality and effectiveness. 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze data and metrics related to quality assurance processes and outcomes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders. 

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including academic staff, students, regulatory bodies, and accreditation agencies, to ensure alignment of quality assurance initiatives with institutional goals and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote awareness of quality assurance policies and processes. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Significant experience in quality assurance, compliance management, or a related field, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in higher education.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve quality assurance objectives.
