About the role
Reporting directly to the User Services Manager, the post holder will be part of the team supporting & managing the end user services. The team is responsible for incident and problem resolution and service request fulfilment within agreed service level agreements. The team is also involved in the deployment of new services and devices to support the current and future aims of the University.
The post holder will need a solid background in IT support with experience of mainstream operating systems, Office 365 & Intune. A good working knowledge of SharePoint administration, Teams, VoIP unified communications and virtual desktop would be advantageous.
