About the role
We are looking to appoint a Faculty Executive Assistant to provide dedicated and high quality executive support to the Dean’s Team and other senior leaders in the Faculty on strategic and operational matters. The role will work alongside the Executive Officer and other members of the Faculty’s Operations Team to ensure the smooth running of the Faculty’s activities.

About you
The successful candidate will be a team player with professional experience in providing executive-level support such as managing diaries, booking events and travel, and note-taking or action-logging. The Faculty Executive Assistant will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work to deadlines calmly under pressure, with close attention to detail and a flexible approach to changing priorities. The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with sensitive situations diplomatically and with discretion, have strong problem solving skills, and be able to take responsibility for anticipating and resolving issues to ensure the smooth running of the Dean’s Office.
