About the Role:
Be a key member of the Innovation, Careers and Enterprise student support team, within a specialist university working to support students within Equine and Veterinary Nursing departments with impartial careers advice and guidance.
Working with University programme managers and departments to develop and provide careers & guidance, utilising our Knowledge, Attributes, Skills, and Experience framework to assist University Students, develop CPD plans that enable them to stand out from the crowd following graduation.
Collaborate with academic staff, industry, specialist agencies to bring to life employability options for students.
Demonstrate the ability to review Graduate Outcomes data to inform and engage departments, demonstrating a continuous improvement approach and mindset that enables both ICE and academic teams to strive for excellence.
