The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to work in our Post Award Team within the Research Centre of Excellence. The Centre assists with the delivery of the University of Bristol’s internationally renowned research. The team provide key support with the management of research grants and other funding streams across the organisation, delivering accountancy, financial management and reporting services.
As Team Leader you will be responsible for managing and motivating a highly efficient, compliant, and respected finance post award administration team to deliver quality advice and grant management. You will oversee the day-to-day work of the team while making sure they feel supported and motivated to provide an efficient service and maximise the income recovered by the University.
