The Role
The Student Success Unit is responsible for developing and supporting the delivery of an outstanding and distinctive student experience ensuring the most effective education experience possible. As part of Student Success, the Careers Service supports all students and recent graduates towards a positive graduate outcome through bridging the gap between university and employment/self-employment/further study by means of effective learning and development.

We are looking to engage with professionals who have innovative, creative ideas to design /co design and deliver experiences to enrich our students, through supporting both their personal growth and professional development, sparking their curiosity to fulfil their potential.
You will be based within a designated Careers & Employability faculty team, supported by a Faculty Engagement Manager, with responsibility for ensuring our current students and recent graduates have access to the best possible curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular employability and enterprise provision.
