An exciting opportunity has come about for one individual to join the University's Reward and Recognition Team. This is a varied role which covers a number of Reward policies and procedures, the delivery of them within the organisation, and support offered to both academic and Professional Services aspects of the University. This role will also be involved in project work to help improve the employee proposition, in order to attract and retain the best through an equitable, inclusive, and transparent reward, recognition, and talent management framework.
You will be an excellent team player with a proven ability to work proactively, with an interest in Reward, Recognition and Talent Management. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach to managing a busy workload whilst ensuring attention to detail. Ideally, you’ll have a good knowledge of the higher education sector.
