About the role

When you join us, you’ll play a key role in delivering this and become part of a community of Citizens of Change. This is an exciting position in HR for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide effective and efficient generalist HR support and advice to our Professional Services divisions. Working on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days a week on campus, you will be responsible for managing both complex casework and supporting and leading a number of key strategic projects, ensuring relevant deliverables and timeframes are met.
About you
As the ideal candidate, you will hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent and be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will have significant and recent experience of operating as a Senior HR Advisor in a large and complex organisation which recognises trade unions. You will have a good working knowledge of employment law and its practical application in operational situations. In this role, you will have experience of successfully delivering a wide range of HR related projects. You will also be adept at advising, coaching and supporting line managers on the full range of employee relations matters, such as; disciplinary, grievance and performance management, resourcing and organisational change.
