The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Operations Manager to take responsibility for the smooth running of Camberwell College's key buildings.
Our Building Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Camberwell, Chelsea, and Wimbledon campuses. We work closely with Facilities, Estates Projects, and Health and Safety teams to maintain world-class learning environments for our students and staff.
As the Building Operations Manager for Camberwell, you will oversee operations at two key sites, driving the maintenance and development of our spaces and helping to coordinate a variety of activities on site. You will be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders relating to building operations, as well as contributing to the College’s strategic estates planning. You will lead on developing the specification for a range of building development projects and ensure building projects are managed to minimise disruption to other College activities.
