We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking person to contribute to the successful delivery of the SCONe project. The Research Project Manager will lead on co-ordination of activity, operational planning, budget management, and project governance, liaising closely with principal investigators and University partners. The nature of the role is such that tasks are often time-critical and an ability to effectively prioritise workloads and tasks is required. Initial post length is 12 months with high likelihood of further extension.
The Opportunity:
SCONe is an exciting interdisciplinary project for the collection, curation and classification of retinal images and has the primary aim to investigate biomarkers for neurodegeneration and more widely, establish a world-leading retinal imaging biorepository. The post-holder will oversee the delivery of the project, assisting in the implementation of robust programme management processes and protocols, taking action as necessary to ensure minimum impact on programme deadlines.
