We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our busy and friendly Head of Department’s office. The Head of Department’s team delivers high quality support to staff and students in the internationally renowned Department. of Physics
This role will see you interacting with all aspects of the College and having responsibility for the delivery and management of key department tasks.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Department’s team, academic and administrative staff and other members of the Department, Faculty and College. You will be responsible for providing executive level, project management and HR administrative support.
Working closely with the Head of Department, Deputy Heads of Department, Departmental Operations Manager and Research Operations Manager, you will ensure that the Head of Department’s Office runs smoothly. You will be required to take a proactive approach to co-ordinating the timely delivery of a range of tasks and projects in conjunction with senior stakeholders, staff and external collaborators.
