This post is full-time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.
We are seeking to appoint an efficient administrator to work alongside professional services colleagues, offering crucial administrative support to academic colleagues. In this diverse role, you will be involved in various activities integral to the daily functioning of the College, including document production, assistance with purchasing and the upkeep of office management systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive demeanour while working collaboratively with other colleagues in the College Support Office in a fast-paced team environment. Key requirements include strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a flexible approach to managing changing workloads. Candidates should possess a solid educational background, coupled with administrative experience, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is also a prerequisite.
This position is primarily centred around providing essential support to Psychology academic colleagues within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
