The Academic Programmes Office (APO) is a large vibrant and dynamic professional service support team at IOE. The APO provides student and programme support for all accredited academic programmes, (undergraduate, post graduate and teacher training) as well as for all research student activity.

About the role

The Student Services Officer undertakes various responsibilities in support of the student experience at the IOE.

Each Student Services Officer has a distinct area of focus as determined by the line manager. You will cover or assist with other areas as and when required and you will be expected to share the duties of the Student Helpdesk and will work to a rota as agreed by the line manager.

About you

You will have knowledge of issues affecting students within the Higher Education sector and experience of administration within a Higher Education Institute or similar. |You will also have experience of producing high quality written communications including reports, minutes and emails.
