About the Role:
Liaising with students, staff, engineers, and contractors you’ll lead the compliance operational management and undertake, as required, the duties assigned to the in-house team and contracted services to ensure all services are effectively delivered at Writtle University College. This will involve specifying, procuring, monitoring, and managing the preventative maintenance contracts and in house programmes, while developing the maintenance statutory compliance programme which will be centrally stored in the ARU Estates Computer Aided Facilities Management System.
The successful candidate will have a degree or relevant professional qualification, evidence of further professional study and membership of an appropriate professional body. They will have experience of procurement preferably public sector and management of term contracts and contractors with good knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance for engineering systems.
