College Porter/Receptionist

24 hours per week – Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 7.30am – 3.30pm

£15,512.64 per annum

St Hugh’s College is recruiting for two College Porters/Receptionists to join the Lodge team on a permanent basis.  The vacancies available are working the shifts as detailed above. The Lodge plays a crucial role within the College community as they are responsible for reception and security for the College. The successful postholder will have general responsibility for efficient and effective running of the Lodge and conducting security patrols of the College. Tasks will include greeting College members and visitors, answering the telephone, radio and email systems.

The successful candidates will have the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders. They will need be vigilant at all times with a can-do and proactive attitude and drive to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
