Due to the expansion of our education provision, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in the following position:

• Employability & Skills Manager

Job Purpose:

1. Lead, manage and grow the Employability department at the community trust, supporting more young people and adults (particularly those furthest away from work) to improve their skills, develop qualifications and move closer to, or into work, or further education. 
2. Develop and manage a portfolio of programmes and a team of delivery staff who will deliver a range of activities including adult numeracy sessions, life skills, employability workshops and much more. 
3. Identify future needs and develop programmes alongside the community (young people and adults) to enhance life chances.

37.5 per week
