We are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our Clinical Practice Research Datalink Function within the Safety and Surveillance group.
Within a week of working here, your day could look like this: analysing a range of processes, digital, data, and technological systems across CPRD’s business, and advising on solutions that will enhance CPRD’s operations and services.
Responsibilities include facilitating discussions with key with stakeholders to gather quality and fit-for-purpose business requirements; investigating business and technical processes, functions, information flows and data structures; providing direction to CPRD’s internal teams and external service providers using Agile tools and techniques; and advising on methods and solutions that will drive the development and improvement of CPRD products and services.
Our successful candidate will have a diploma in Business Analysis or demonstrable relevant experience in a complex business environment. Have demonstrable experience as a Business Process Analyst where you have applied -business analysis techniques to identify, investigate and communicate a wide range of complex problems and opportunities to a wide range of stakeholders.
