The post-holder will report to the Business Operations Manager and work closely with them on various aspects of the operations of the directorate.
The focus of the role is to maintain the day-to-day finance administration to include processing purchase orders, invoices, maintaining the directorates non-pay finance and general administrative duties to ensure all financial monitoring, reporting and payments are made within the financial year.
You will have experience of working with budgets, office administration, good communication skills, with an ability to deal with individuals at all levels of the organisation; experience of administration of meetings including drafting reports, have good IT skills, including in Microsoft Office; and an ability to maintain a confidential approach in dealing with a range of issues.
