This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Based in the Digital Education Service (DES), you will work closely with the Administrative Officer and the Executive PA and be the first point of contact for anyone looking to get in touch with the team. You will provide an efficient and professional service, dealing with a range of inquiries and ensuring excellent customer care practices are always maintained.
You should have experience working in a busy office environment, providing excellent customer service, and possessing strong communication skills. You should be well-organized, friendly, and able to manage your workload effectively while making a positive contribution to the team.
