We are looking to appoint at Senior Lecturer/Lecturer and Associate Professor level.
Ravensbourne University London is seeking to recruit creative and innovative educators to contribute to the delivery of the Master of Business Administration. The successful candidate will be part of the team and contribute to the teaching delivery of modules in related courses. Our MBA delivers collaborative business practice alongside skills in Strategy, Management, Business Administration, Leadership and Research which will support and enhance the students’ journey into the next stage of their careers.
The Role
The roles involve planning, organisation, and delivery of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. You will develop and use a variety of methods for teaching and assessment and provide support and feedback that is timely, relevant, and appropriate. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in high-quality research in the subject area and contribute to publishing the findings in internationally recognised journals.
The Candidate
You will combine professional experience, academic rigour, and a strong understanding of current industry practice to create an excellent, inclusive learning environment for our students. The individual we are seeking will ideally be educated at Phd level, have industry experience, relevant industry contacts and the ability to contribute to the further development of the course.
