Research Project Administrative Officer

Part-time, fixed term contract until 28 February 2025

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Officer to work as part of a UK funded research project on circular reuse of small medical devices.  This post will be based on Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering in Loughborough University campus. Working closely with Academic Investigators and alongside a team of Research Associates, you will lead in all matters associated with project administration and assist with networking and collaboration with national and international partners.

You will be expected to have significant relevant experience of working in an administrator role, in an HE academic department/school environment, preferably with large research programs.

You will be positive and professional, with excellent interpersonal and IT skills.  A strong team player, highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, you will have a proven ability to rigorously apply HE administration processes and regulations, whilst retaining a focus on assisting with delivery of intended impacts from the research programme.
