We are now looking for an Administrative Officer, to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

THE ROLE

The Administrative Officer will be line managed by the Head of Collaborative Partnerships (Operations) and will undertake a broad range of administrative and co-ordination duties required to support the work of the Collaborative Partnerships Office.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered as an Administrative Officer, you will need:

  • Good general level of education.
  • Previous experience in providing high quality administrative support
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and through all media
  • Ability to demonstrate effective organisational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to apply attention to detail
  • A good proficiency in the use of Microsoft and other software packages.

It would also be beneficial if you had:

  • Educated to HND or degree level
  • Previous experience of working in Higher Education
  • Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh
