About the Role
The main purpose of the role is to provide the administration for SSC processes across all years of the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Programme delivered by the Institute of Health Education, within the Faculty of Medicine. You will be supporting the programme delivery, working in partnership with Programme Leads, with a focus on high-quality communication and support for our learners. You will be a key member of the SSC team, working closely with the other Programme Administrators. The post reports to the SSC Manager.
About You
Previous experience in Higher Education will be advantageous. A proven record of organizational and communication skills is essential, together with a high level of analytical, numerical and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organization and time-management skills. This role demands the holder to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a strong teamwork ethic.

The post is based at the Whitechapel Campus in London. It is a part-time (17.5 hours per week), permanent appointment, to start as soon as possible. Working arrangements are hybrid, currently set to 2 days working in the office and the remaining from home. Applicants must be able to commit to onsite presence every Wednesday. The starting salary will be Grade 3, in the range of £31,421 to £38,165 per annum, inclusive of the London Allowance.
